You will build trusted relationships with BU leadership and operations, spotting opportunities and embedding AI into real workflows using Copilot Studio, Agents and workflow automation.

You will coach colleagues to become confident AI users, deliver engaging communications, and feed insights back to shape AI capability priorities while ensuring governance frameworks are observed.
