We are looking for a International Wholesale Account Manager to join our Team To own the wholesale relationship end to end for your area. Know your customer, your markets and your partners better than anyone else by leveraging market data, partner knowledge, in market working and a passion for understanding broader macro trends.
To be responsible for the international Omni-channel wholesale strategy and the delivery of your wholesale KPI’s, ensuring that the reported sales and profit are maximised through the product mix across all selling channels. You will own the P&L for your area.
You will agree and own a joint business plan with your wholesale partners and internal M&S teams and ensure there are market relevant products across selling channels, with a customer experience that delivers the very best of the brand.
You will stand over the commercial terms and wholesale ‘Playbook’ ensuring these are relevant and adapted to the changing retail landscape providing guidelines to wholesale partners on how to deliver the best version of the M&S brand in the context of a wholesale operation.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- In conjunction with the legal teams, review, shape and update wholesale supplier terms and agreements which deliver brand and commercial growth and success; shape successful wholesale relationships and define clear performance targets and brand requirements holding partners and teams to account
- Actively listens to partner feedback/requirements and co-ordinates with central / Online/Food, Clothing and Home BU functions to help establish appropriate and cost-effective support/actions for wholesale partners
- Ensure that the partner delivers the M&S Brand through the implementation of our wholesale playbook, TSL and local regulatory and legislative requirements
- Exceptional selling skills – driving growth through range expansion across your area by selling the best of M&S to our Wholesale partners
- Works with the Partner to review new regional and country opportunities in line with the strategy and approval process
