We are seeking a passionate Senior MLOps Engineer to join our team and work alongside data scientists to deliver Data Science solutions. This role will help discover and implement stateâofâtheâart solutions for our ML projects to enable rapid experimentation, increase accuracy of our models and ensure high quality of our products. This role will be part of a collaborative team that is integral to establishing the environments and processes to quickly build and deploy ML solutions into production.
You will play a key role in driving our ambition to create a bestâinâclass MLOps engineering team, environment, and culture. We are looking for people to join our community of engineers to drive this transformation, build a modern data platform using exciting technologies and do the best work of their careers.
Who you are:
- Experienced in building and deploying machine learning solutions at scale.
- Proficient in Python, Spark, and cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
- Experienced building CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
- Strong problemâsolver who can work effectively across crossâfunctional teams.
- Passionate about improving engineering practices.
What you will do:
- Design and implement robust ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Work closely with Data Scientists to productionise ML models using engineering principles and reusable frameworks.
- Embed automation, testing, and monitoring into ML workflows to ensure reliability.
- Act as a quality gatekeeper for production deployments, ensuring best practices and coding standards are met.
- Lead initiatives to improve MLOps maturity within M&S.
