We are looking for an engaging, confident and curious Lead Analyst who can turn people data into meaningful insight that drives action, inspires behavioural change, and supports smarter decisionâmaking across the People Team. What Youâll Be Doing
- Utilise deep understanding of people metrics to generate actionable insight, explaining drivers, dependencies and opportunities to inform decision making.
- Provide robust measurement and clear storytelling of the People Plan's priority areas, reviewing progress and seeing opportunities to improve ways of working.
- Establish a proactive rhythm of insight delivery, championing insightâled problem solving and enhancing data confidence across the organisation.
- Apply advanced analytics and data tools to elevate reporting, support critical thinking and maximise the impact of our insight products.
- Support the education and upskilling of colleagues to strengthen data literacy, adoption and the overall maturity of our People Analytics capability.
Who you are
- Ability to turn data into compelling stories using strong narrative and clear visualisation.
- Strong eye for business with an understanding of Retail and People Analytics trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage business partners at all levels, both technical and nonâtechnical.
- Proficiency with modern data and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel), with additional capability in areas such as SQL, Python, R, machine learning or predictive modelling considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships, work collaboratively, and coach others while remaining handsâon and delivery focused.
