The Data & AI Adoption Lead is accountable for ensuring Data and AI products, tools, and capabilities are successfully adopted by colleagues across the business. Working closely with Product, Delivery, Engineering, and Business teams, the role focuses on the people side of change, translating technical solutions into confident, sustained day-to-day use that delivers real business value. This role is particularly focused on delivering adoption into retail and frontline environments, where change must land clearly, practically, and at pace.
Who you are
- Experience delivering change into retail, stores, contact centres, supply chain, or operational environments.
- Proven experience delivering change, adoption, or transformation in data, digital, technology, or business change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Confident communicator, able to turn complex or technical concepts into clear, colleague-focused messages.
- Experience in partnering with Product, Delivery, and Technology teams to translate solutions into real-world adoption.
What you will do
- Own and deliver end-to-end adoption for Data & AI initiatives, ensuring colleagues are ready, confident, and supported to change how they work.
- Lead change impact assessments and readiness activities aligned to delivery milestones.
- Design and deliver communications, engagement, and training plans, tailored to different colleague audiences (including retail roles).
- Act as the adoption point of contact across Product, Delivery, Data, AI, Governance, and the business.
- Track adoption, sentiment, and risks, escalating where adoption threatens value realisation and supporting teams to course correct.
