Marks & Spencer Plc in Sandridge is seeking a Shift Lead to head the fill operation, ensuring the sales floor is ready to trade and coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill.
You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, coach colleagues on standard procedures, deliver a safe, clean and well-presented store, and support opening and closing tasks.
