Marks & Spencer Plc’s Food division is seeking an Insight Manager to join our senior insights team. You’ll support the Customer Insight Lead, shaping insights that inform marketing strategy, proposition development and trade planning while championing the customer voice in fast-moving conversations.

Working with researchers, data analysts and market data providers, you will develop insight plans, lead self-serve tools, and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive better outcomes.
