Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Knowledge Management Lead to shape how knowledge is captured, stored and shared across D&T. Reporting to Head of Service Experience, you’ll drive a robust KM program, partner with the managed service partner and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure knowledge is accurate, accessible and continuously improved.

You’ll champion best practices, enable learning, monitor effectiveness through audits and metrics, and empower colleagues and customers with easy access to information.
