We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Range and Display Planner to join our dynamic team. As the Range and Display Planner, you will be responsible for developing and completing strategic plans for product ranges and in-store displays. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product offerings are aligned with market trends and customer preferences. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement range and display strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product selection and placement
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of plans
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of product ranges and displays, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Lead and mentor a team of planners, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
