Marks & Spencer Plc in Belfast is looking for a Night Fill Team Leader.
You will lead the fill operation, coordinate resources, and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade.
You will act in the Colleague Manager's absence and drive productivity for store openings.
You will model excellent customer service, maintain a safe, clean store, and respond to call outs as a key holder.
Hours are night shifts with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
