The Network Solution Design Manager will play a critical part in the Fashion, Home & Beauty Supply Chain & Logistics transformation. This role will involve travel across our distribution network and the successful candidate may be based out of one of our Distribution Centres depending on their location.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure network solution designs support achieving FH&B strategic ambitions.
  • Own the solution design and associated outcomes, reflecting real‑world application and addressing challenges around labour, forecast accuracy, transport congestion, etc.
  • Define the blueprint and standard operating model across the network—including distribution centres, stores, fulfilment locations and transport networks (incl. final mile).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, including simplifying network complexity, improving visibility and control, enhancing service and cost reduction/optimisation.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders—Business Units, 3PLs and Operational Leads—to support the development of the Supply Chain & Logistics transformation programme, ensuring alignment, transparency and resolution of cross‑functional challenges.

Who you are

  • End‑to‑end logistics network design expertise across distribution, fulfilment, transport and last‑mile operations with experience designing integrated, scalable solutions.
  • Strong operational and technical understanding, including DC/FC processes, automation applications, and working knowledge of WMS, TMS and related supply chain systems.
  • Commercial and analytical capability to interpret complex data, understand cost drivers and trade‑offs, and build value‑based recommendations.
  • Able to demonstrate a structured problem‑solving and delivery approach, supported by sound change management and programme/project methodologies (e.g. Prince2, Agile).
  • An influential communicator and collaborator, skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear messages, and driving alignment across teams and partners.
