Then we have an exciting 12-month Fixed Term opportunity for a Network Dispatch & Store Stock Planner to join our Network Planning team who are responsible for ensuring our customers get the products they love through a service they trust!
In this role, you’ll take ownership of network flow plans and processes, driving availability, sales, and cost efficiency across our warehouse and transport network. You'll also be responsible to translate the Fashion, Home & Beauty commercial plans into a dynamic short-term network forecast (5 weeks), ensuring UK and Irish stores have the right stock at the right time to meet business goals.
We are looking for someone who can manage short-term forecasting, adapt plans quickly to changing priorities and interpret data and trends. So, if you are commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills then why not apply?
What you’ll do
- Monitoring availability and store stocks to maximise opportunities for sales performance in stores
- Setting and monitoring pick capping and prioritisation parameters
- Identifying planning inaccuracies and providing analytics and insights into root causes, helping define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for allocation input owners and providing clear and visible tracking against KPI’s
- Ensure the BUs are keeping within the agreed stock parameters, i.e., Store Stock Capacities / Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDQ) and Supply Chain Planning (SCP)
- Run weekly network review calls with logistics. Reviewing the 5-week flow plan, flagging any changes or risks.
Who you are
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning principles and managing logistics distribution networks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills to interpret and present complex data
- Familiarity with business IT and MI systems (e.g., Power BI, Business Objects, Aqua Data Studio, MS Azure Storage Explorer).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and ability to work independently, ensuring continuity of business-as-usual activities when required.
