Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Technical Specification & Standards Manager to lead the development, governance and continuous improvement of building, engineering and equipment specifications across the retail estate. In this key leadership role you will manage a team of specialist managers, act as the technical authority across Design, Construction, Procurement, Facilities Management and Sustainability, and travel to Waterside and across the estate as required.
