You’ll build strong, collaborative partnerships with growers and suppliers across the globe, ensuring exceptional quality, ethical sourcing, supply resilience, and cost‑effective delivery. Working at pace with cross‑functional teams, you’ll champion a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and customer‑obsessed thinking — while setting a clear strategic vision for the category.

If you’re driven by commercial impact, energised by innovation, and motivated by the challenge of shaping one of our most iconic product areas, you’ll feel right at home at M&S. This is a role for someone who wants to lead, who sees opportunity ahead of the market, and who’s excited to drive the next chapter of Floral at M&S.
