At M&S, we’re evolving our Financial Services offering, and we’re looking for an Assistant Product Marketing Manager to join the transformation. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll support the delivery of marketing plans across Credit, Travel Money and Insurance. In this role there is plenty of breadth, support, opportunity to try new things and learn, lots of variety and the chance to work on the much-loved M&S brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Work across the FS product portfolio including Credit, Travel Money and Insurance, supporting product marketing managers in executing the annual Marketing plans.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of paid social campaigns to brief, including audience selection and targeting, creative asset production, and performance reporting.
  • Support product marketing manager in responding to changing trading conditions, evolving existing marketing activities to better meet commercial targets.
  • Manage creative asset production and financial promotion approval across internal and external stakeholders for activity across instore and digital channels.
  • Regularly review marketing activity performance ensuring accurate tracking is in place and making recommendations for future activity.

  • Financial services experience (particularly credit in a retail context) and adaptable/flexible approach.
