As a Senior Proposition Manager, you will support the development of the loyalty agenda for Financial Services across all our products & services, helping to shape the propositions, measurement frameworks and overseeing end to end execution to ensure we delight and reward customers, strengthening brand sentiment, while driving incremental sales. You will deliver bespoke, personalised offers for our FS customers by joining up loyalty activity across the FS product set - including Credit, ATMs, Insurance, Savings, Travel Money, and emerging products such as embedded credit - to create a cohesive, compelling and effective loyalty programme. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders across the business (including key relationships with Sparks and the Data / Analytics / AI team).
What you'll do
- Lead the end‑to‑end digitisation of Club Rewards, shaping the future FS loyalty proposition and accelerating digital adoption across the customer base in partnership with Bank, D&T, Sparks and FS teams.
- Own strategic alignment for the migration of credit card loyalty to Salesforce, ensuring customer value, journey impacts and propositional considerations are embedded throughout delivery and transition.
- Deliver sustainable, insight‑led loyalty economics, leading commercial modelling of rewards, missions and perks to balance long‑term affordability with compelling customer value.
- Define and support the 2027 loyalty funding and point value strategy, working with Commercial and the Bank to meet financial targets while protecting customer trust and proposition integrity.
- Own the FS loyalty backlog and prioritisation, driving cross‑partner delivery of high‑impact initiatives that maximise engagement, improve journeys and deliver commercial return.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to take a broad view of the business and identify the relevant information for decision making.
- Analytical and able to underpin and drive decisions with data and insight.
- Influential communicator and stakeholder manager, able to adapt communication style to influence senior leaders, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders alike.
