Join our Digital Product team as a Senior Product Manager – Web Experience Enablement and play a critical role in shaping the future of M&S.com. You’ll own the end-to-end product strategy for our web experience platform, leading the evolution of our technology to deliver a dynamic, resilient and increasingly personalised customer journey. Working across a complex ecosystem of teams and stakeholders, you’ll turn customer insight and commercial goals into impactful product outcomes that power one of M&S’s key growth channels.

What you’ll do

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Web Experience Enablement, balancing customer, commercial and technology priorities.
  • Translate customer needs, data insights and market trends into clear, prioritised product plans that drive measurable value.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Data, UX and commercial teams to deliver scalable and sustainable web capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, using experimentation, benchmarking and analytics to continuously optimise the online experience.
  • Drive product-led ways of working, leading agile delivery, managing dependencies and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple teams.

Who you are

  • Significant experience in product management, with a track record of delivering complex digital products from strategy through to launch and optimisation.
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work confidently across engineering, data and platform teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proven experience leading teams in an agile environment, balancing speed to market with long-term sustainability.
  • A customer-first, data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities, risks and trade-offs.
