What you’ll do:
- Lead marketing effectiveness for M&S Fashion, Home & Beauty by ensuring every digital investment delivers measurable growth.
- Own the measurement frameworks, tools, and insights that drive smarter decisions, optimise ROI, and shape future strategy.
- Act as the link between Marketing, Data, and Technology—turning complex data into clear actions that influence leadership and accelerate digital performance.
- Own our approach to econometrics and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), translating insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
- Design and improve tools and dashboards to monitor marketing effectiveness, ensuring KPIs clearly link media inputs to business outcomes.
- Turn complex data into compelling narratives that influence senior leadership and shape investment decisions.
- Drive a culture of experimentation across channels to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the bridge between Marketing and Digital Technology—embedding new tools, enabling AI and automation, and ensuring seamless integration of our tech stack.
- Manage platform tagging and integrations for digital marketing platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and robust measurement.
- Oversee partnerships, governance, and compliance to maintain high standards across platforms.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Science, Technology, and agency partners to deliver innovation and measurable impact.
Who you’re welcome:
