We’re looking for a strategic technology transformation leader to shape and deliver the Digital & Technology transformation agenda at M&S. Reporting to the Chief Technology Operations Officer, you’ll lead large-scale change across our technology landscape, operating model and ways of working, helping teams adopt new approaches and maximise value from technology investments.

What you’ll do
- Lead and deliver the multi-year D&T transformation strategy, roadmap and portfolio of programmes, ensuring alignment with M&S business goals.
- Evolve the technology operating model, governance and performance frameworks to improve effectiveness, simplify processes and realise value from investment.
- Oversee transformation governance, delivery and measurement, tracking progress, outcomes and business impact across D&T.
- Lead change management and engagement activity, helping colleagues adopt new technologies, ways of working and organisational practices.
- Build strong relationships across executive leadership, business stakeholders and technology teams, developing a high-performing team and driving alignment on transformation priorities.
