As a Commercial Analyst in our Financial Services team, you will support the development of the loyalty agenda for Financial Services across all our products & services, helping to shape the propositions through commercial insights and analysis. Ensuring we reward customers, strengthen brand sentiment, while driving incremental sales.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver analysis to enhance M&S Financial Services products, propositions, customer journeys and customer communications.
- Provide insight into performance of loyalty offers and undertake deep dive analysis to understand trends, inform changes to propositions and to identify opportunities to grow FS products and M&S sales.
- Analyse and develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours by segment, channel and proposition, translating this knowledge into ways to grow spend, improve customer journeys and increase revenue.
- Deliver analysis that shapes the Financial Services loyalty programme, ensuring we are operating to drive incremental spend and meet customer needs.
- Support the Senior Proposition Manager in designing compelling, personalised customer offers based on insights and analysis of historical offers.
Who you are:

- Influential communicator and stakeholder manager, able to adapt communication style to audience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to take a broad view of the business and identify the relevant information for decision making.
- Highly proficient in MS suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
