FH&B is on an exciting transformation journey to deliver our five-year growth ambition - increasing sales by 41% and almost doubling operating profit. To support this ambition, we’ve launched a comprehensive transformation programme that touches every area of FH&B, with clearly defined workstreams, owners, objectives, KPIs and roadmaps. As the programme moves into mobilisation, we’re focused on building strong execution readiness across the business.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Working across the FH&B function, managing stakeholder relationships, building up a solid knowledge base of the opportunities within the business.
  • Understanding current business processes, challenges and opportunities, taking an innovative lens to identify opportunities to streamline, enhance and reduce cost, always ensuring the outcome adds business value.
  • Utilising this knowledge to effectively drive the change impact and management process.
  • Working alongside the Transformation Leads supporting and influencing the delivery roadmap to ensure business adoption, change impact awareness and business readiness are thought out in a timely manner.
  • Working with the Adoption Manager to identify upskill requirements in line with the needs of the Transformation program.
  • Supporting with the build of materials, organisation of upskill sessions, communications and tracking of attendance and business readiness.
  • Utilising the Change Management toolkit to bring consistency and effectively capture change impacts, stakeholder map, manage risks and issues, track business readiness and adoption.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Experienced change management professional preferably with a retail background.
  • Expert communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders up to and including exec members.
  • Ability to support large, complex programs with cross functional interdependencies, remaining calm under pressure and driving forward delivery and execution.
  • Driven and motivated individual who likes to work at pace, can adopt an agile approach and is experienced with working alongside a varied group of stakeholders at multiple levels across the organisation.
  • An innovator, someone who can think outside the box, looking for smarter solutions.
