As an Assistant Commercial Manager in the Hospitality & Channels team, you will support the delivery of category sales and profit in line with operating plan budgets. You’ll play a critical role in setting up new products and promotions, handling commercial data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of category plans. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working across multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the set‑up of new products and promotions, ensuring all required data is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate commercial activities, including trade plans, critical paths and weekly trade meetings.
  • Work closely with Design and Technology teams to ensure pricing and product information is aligned across digital platforms.
  • Support reporting, analysis and data validation to maintain accuracy across all commercial systems.
  • Build strong relationships across category teams and partners to support delivery of category objectives.
