Are you a passionate, data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing, commerce, and automation strategy? We\’re seeking an Assistant CRM Manager – Growth Lead to own the delivery of CRM campaigns for our Clothing & Home Online and Omnichannel pillar. You’ll work closely across functions to ensure every initiative is prioritized, strategically aligned, and executed to the highest quality—supporting our commercial, brand, and marketing objectives. You will Champion the digital transformation and CRM data automation, implementing scalable tools and workflows (e.g. automated triggers, API integrations, journey orchestration, segmentation engines), ensuring campaigns are efficient, precise, and fully aligned with our growth roadmap. This reflects best-in-class CRM roles that integrate systems, automation, and process redesign to drive performance

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Deliver and support development of the CRM Campaigns across all channels including Email, App Push, Web Push and SMS.
  • Drive CRM comms and process effectiveness with Automation and Product, ensuring we are building in effective automation of repeated process and identifying areas of improvement and suggestions for change.
  • Have continuous tests in plan to optimise CRM delivery and trade performance. Pro-actively look at ways in which we can drive further revenue within CRM, on both a macro and micro basis.
  • Be in tune with department and business performance and competitors and be able to adapt our CRM plans at pace to changing priorities or customer mindset.
  • Work with internal and external teams to drive improvements to click through rates and limit opt-outs, support app push and email channel health.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • CRM background with demonstrable knowledge of CRM planning and delivery as well as end to end campaign delivery, ideally within retail.
  • Ability to understand, analyse and talk confidently and comfortably about trade figures and numbers in general
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically to translate business requirements into development stories and roadmaps
  • Experience of email and App push marketing, driving incremental KPI (open rates, click through rates, conversion rates) through a test and learn culture.
  • Understanding of HTML and producing emails through a user-friendly interface
