Marks & Spencer Group is hiring a Cafe Customer Assistant to join our in-store M&S Café. The role is part-time with weekend and weekday shifts, including potential full-time hours during busy weeks in December. You’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering warm, five-star service and helping customers choose great food and drinks.
You’ll use digital tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, uphold strict food safety standards, and support a high-performance cafe team focused on speed and quality.
