A fast-growing, pan-European hospitality brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the evolution of its hotel operations technology. With a portfolio of over 30 properties across Europe, this is a unique opportunity to shape the systems that power seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and drive the product roadmap for hotel operations technologies.
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Oversee the rollout of new systems and enhancements to existing platforms.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Monitor system performance and define KPIs to measure success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth integrations.
Key Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in hospitality tech.
- Proven track record with hotel systems such as PMS, payment platforms, and access control.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and tech partners.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite in London at least 3 days per week.
