We’re working with a fast-growing, multi-entity business looking for a Head of Treasury ready to step into a strategic and hands-on role. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a key leadership opportunity with a clear route to Group Treasurer.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of all treasury operations across the group, driving liquidity strategy, improving banking structures, and leading external financing. With a strong focus on governance, automation, and strategic input, you’ll help shape the treasury function’s future while managing and mentoring a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee group cashflow, liquidity forecasting, and funding strategy
- Manage banking relationships and lead refinancing discussions
- Enhance intercompany lending and pooling structures
- Drive automation and systems improvements (ERP/TMS)
- Lead treasury input on M&A activity and debt structuring
- Implement FX and interest rate risk strategies
- Ensure compliance with internal policy, audit, and covenant reporting
- Develop a scalable, high-performing treasury team
What You’ll Bring:
