Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition in all global markets – UK, USA & APAC
  • Lead and develop the entire talent acquisition function, including – sourcing, mapping, onboarding and employee retention and engagement
  • Manage a small team of internal recruiters
  • Work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
  • Understand the business objectives and growth goals
  • Ensure the recruitment roadmap and planning supports the companies goals
