Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a reputable Warwickshire based organisation to recruit an FP&A Manageron a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role, with up to 3 days expected in office and 2 day remote.
Following an exciting time of growth, my client is focused on delivering an exciting growth strategy which will include process transformation and external acquisitions. The FP&A Manager will report to the Head of FP&A and will be seen as a key hire to work with the wider finance and executive teams to help deliver the strategic plan.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop detailed models used for budgeting and setting financial and operational goals
- Lead financial modelling efforts to evaluate various business scenarios, assess risks, and support investment decisions, including in respect of M&A activity
- Support in the preparation of regular performance reports for the executive team
- Support in the introduction and development of systems and applications to enhance reporting capabilities
- Supporting the development of systems, processes and reporting to drive the business forward
- Managing requests from the Exec Team around the provision of information and strategy
- Contributing to the success of the Senior Leadership Team and strategic direction of the business
- Ensuring the adherence to guidelines and accounting standards
The ideal candidate will be:
- Qualified Accountant – Preferably ACA Qualified
- Experienced in an FP&A or an M&A focused role
- Commercially astute with the ability to see the bigger picture to drive the business forward
- Proven financial leadership experience, with exposure/dealings with an executive team
- Financial modelling and analysis skills.
- An ambitious and highly motivated individual who is keen to drive the business even further
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
