Are you a commercially minded finance professional ready to take the lead in driving margin performance and pricing strategy? We're seeking a qualified Finance Manager to support a high-performing commercial team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this pivotal role, you'll provide financial insights, influence pricing decisions, and shape commercial strategy through robust data analysis and business partnering. You'll be a key player in managing product master data, tracking cost movements, and supporting new product development and commercial forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, actionable insight on customer and product profitability
- Develop and maintain pricing models and advise on margin improvements
- Partner cross-functionally across Commercial teams
- Lead product master data processes with accountability and control
- Support site budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor cost price increases and ensure appropriate recovery through pricing
- Line manage two direct reports and deputise for senior finance leadership as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
- Strong background in costing and commercial finance
- Manufacturing experience essential
- Advanced Excel and confident use of other Microsoft Office tools
