We\’re hiring a Client Relationship Manager to lead apprenticeship growth at Tack TMI, part of Gi Group. If you’re passionate about apprenticeships and experienced in employer-led programme delivery, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
You’ll develop new and existing client partnerships, promote our award-winning apprenticeship programmes, and drive learner engagement across our specialist academies in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Leadership & more.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of apprenticeship programmes through new and existing employer partnerships

Develop and execute a strategic client engagement and pipeline plan

Act as the key point of contact for employers, ensuring programmes meet their workforce needs

Promote apprenticeship solutions and generate awareness across target markets

Manage the full client lifecycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation

Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and learner support

Monitor and report on activity using CRM (HubSpot) and other internal systems

Attend events, webinars, and industry forums to build brand presence and market intelligence

Ensure compliance with apprenticeship regulations and quality standards

Work closely with marketing to convert leads and optimise campaigns
