We are recruiting for two exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunities within a Risk function in the Treasury, ALM team. This role is part of the Hedge Management project under the Governance, Risk, and Control programme. As an ALM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming hedge management practices, governance, documentation, and processes while driving strategic improvements in financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hedge Management: Enhance mortgage pipeline monitoring and evaluate structural positions and behavioural assumptions. Deliver management information and provide strategic recommendations to improve market risk management. Collaborate with Market Risk, Finance, and Trading teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Governance & Process Transformation: Overhaul ALM documentation, controls, and governance frameworks to strengthen risk management processes. Develop and deliver plans for improved governance around financial risk management. Work closely with cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders. Define, articulate, and document business requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
