This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a rewarding role where you play a pivotal role within a growing organisation. You will be responsible for setting up and managing key treasury functions within the organisation. Closely working with senior management, you'll get the chance to shape the treasury infrastructure from the ground up, while managing the day-to-day liquidity and funding position of a fast-moving environment.
You'll work closely with Risk, Finance, Technology and other key stakeholders, and will play a first-line role in safeguarding the firm's financial stability. No two days will be the same but some of the things that you will be getting yourself involved with will be:
- Running Daily Treasury Operations: monitor and forecast metrics such as liquidity, capital, cash positions, IRRBB
- Monitor and manage the firm's liquidity and funding position
- Process & System Improvement
- Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, systems and controls for liquidity and cash management
- Providing key insights to senior management to aid them in strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Treasury function within a regulated bank/FS firm, with hands-on responsibility for liquidity, cash, and intraday funding
- Understanding of regulatory liquidity requirements (PRA, EBA), and experience preparing ILAAP, ICAAP or similar
- Strong Excel skills, ability to manipulate large datasets and create dashboards
