A leading life sciences organisation is seeking a Strategy & Delivery Consultant, to join its newly formed Strategic Planning & Performance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives in rare diseases and global health, working closely with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic direction.
Reporting into the Director of Strategy, Planning & Performance, you\’ll be responsible for aligning organisational strategies, supporting transformational change, and embedding performance frameworks across scientific, advisory, and operational functions.
Key requirements:
- Strategic planning experience in life sciences or healthcare
- Strong programme leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in ESG and organisational transformation is desirable
- Background in consulting or complex programme delivery is beneficial
The role:
- Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Central London
- £80,000 – £90,000 annual base salary, depending on experience
- Up to 12% employer pension contribution
- Private health insurance
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
