To ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies. Process payroll accurately and on time. Maintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers, and changes. Calculate statutory payments, deductions, pensions, and benefits. Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers. Ensure compliance with HMRC and payroll regulations. Produce payroll reports and support audits. Previous payroll administration experience. Good understanding of payroll legislation and statutory payments. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
