Overview
Your new organisation is a highly regarded membership body who are currently working towards an ISO27001 Cyber accreditation. They are looking to hire a consultant for a period of 3 months to review their service management processes and make improvements.
Responsibilities
- Utilise stakeholder engagement skills to understand the existing service management processes, identify gaps in the existing structures, and work with the team to install a best in practice framework that will help the organisation work towards the accreditation.
- Liaise effectively with members of the existing IT team, run workshops with the wider team to transfer knowledge to the relevant people and ensure comprehensive documentation of the processes implemented.
Qualifications
- Excellent experience as a Service Management consultant, used to going into different businesses and helping them identify areas of weakness and build a best in class service management process.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience in not-for-profit or membership organisation would be an advantage.
