I’m currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (AML / Transaction Monitoring) to join a leading global fintech on a permanent basis, based in London with a hybrid model (mostly onsite). This role focuses on defining and owning the Transaction Monitoring product strategy across fiat, crypto, and card payment flows, ensuring alignment with broader Financial Crime Intelligence product goals and overall company direction. You’ll work at the intersection of product, compliance, engineering, and data, driving the development of scalable, regulator‑ready AML controls while supporting business growth across multiple payment rails.
Key requirements:
- 4+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years in AML / Transaction Monitoring
- Strong understanding of transaction monitoring frameworks, risk typologies, and regulatory expectations
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including compliance and data science
- Fintech, payments, or regulated financial services experience (crypto exposure is a plus)
