This is an exceptional opportunity for a 3+ years qualified lawyer or underwriter with a background of working on personal injury and clinical negligence claims, looking to ditch the billable hours world and see the real impact of their work!
The Role:
- Assessing the merits of various Clinical Negligence & Personal injury matters to determine if the firm will insure the claim
- Create and maintain fantastic relationships with clients across the UK and develop new business where opportunities arise
- Work closely with the Law firm clients to manage cases already insured
- Mentoring junior team members whilst working on cases
Prior Experience:
- 3+ years England and Wales Qualified Lawyer or 3+ years Insurance Underwriter
- Experience working on Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence matters
