My Client is a rapidly growing UK Retailer who is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help shape, refine, and implement strategic initiatives across the organisation. This position will be at the forefront of the organisation’s 5-year vision, helping to define road maps for future success. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Gap Analysis
- Development of key business cases
- Documentation for RFP
- Stakeholder management
- Business Analysis templates
- Other BA models as needed e.g. SWOT, Use-Case etc.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Business Analysis services throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle including change stages such as research, discovery, shaping, analysis, design, development, testing, and transition to BAU
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements in a fast-moving complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed road maps that clearly outline current state and future state
- Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience working on large-scale strategic programs that are critical to business operations
- Desirable: experience working in a Retail/Logistics environment on operational supply chain projects
