Responsibilities

  • Processing all sales invoices
  • Managing the 'Sales' email inbox and related queries
  • Assisting Credit Control with invoice queries
  • Checking and preparing a high volume of petty cash claims
  • Monthly reconciliations of petty cash floats and the suspense account
  • Supporting the Management Accounts Team

Qualifications

  • Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience working in a busy finance team
