We are actively seeking a Sales Ledger / Finance Assistant for a well-established company in Colwyn Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Processing all sales invoices
- Managing the 'Sales' email inbox and related queries
- Assisting Credit Control with invoice queries
- Checking and preparing a high volume of petty cash claims
- Monthly reconciliations of petty cash floats and the suspense account
- Supporting the Management Accounts Team
Qualifications
- Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger experience
- Good Excel skills
- Experience working in a busy finance team
