Principle Consultant – Executive Remuneration
A global consulting firm based in central London is currently seeking a Principle Consultant to join their executive remuneration team. This is an exciting position offering the opportunity to lead strategic client engagements and shape executive pay programmes for FTSE-listed and private companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex client projects across various industries, including the design and benchmarking of executive remuneration strategies.
- Provide high-level advice to remuneration committees and senior executives.
- Oversee and guide consultants and analysts in data analysis, financial modelling, and report preparation.
- Interpret market trends, corporate governance developments, and investor perspectives to inform client recommendations.
- Develop and deliver compelling client presentations and pitch materials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to thought leadership and business development initiatives within the Executive Remuneration practice.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience working within executive remuneration, in a consulting/advisory role. Candidates must have strong ability and experience in leading client engagements, with working knowledge of corporate governance, share plans, and directors\’ remuneration reporting. An ACA qualification would be advantageous, and strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.
