Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for all colleagues, including reconciliation of salaries, pensions and benefit GLs
- Acting as an SME for technical payroll escalations, resolving queries in line with policy and legislation
- Delivering accurate monthly payrolls, HMRC submissions, year-end tax activity (P60, P11D, benefit statements) and finance reporting
- Completing monthly tasks including FPS submissions, payslips/P45s, auto-enrolment duties and pension uploads
- Providing timely responses to payroll and pension queries to ensure a great colleague experience
About You
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM
- Confidence handling complex pay, pension and HMRC queries
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify process efficiencies and implement improvements
- Strong organisational skills to manage varied daily tasks
