Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a leading global professional services firm to recruit a UK Partnership Senior Tax Manager into their established in-house Tax function. This role is responsible for the UK Partnership Tax affairs, managing Tax compliance, reporting and reserving for a substantial partner population across the UK and internationally. The role offers significant autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to drive process improvement and automation across Partnership Tax operations.
The Role
- You will lead the UK Partnership Tax team and take ownership of all aspects of Partnership Tax compliance, reporting, reserves, and advisory support.
- Leading and developing the Partnership Tax team, managing delivery across a large portfolio of partners.
- End-to-end responsibility for UK Partnership Tax compliance and reporting.
- Managing and maintaining partner Tax reserves, reconciliations, and forecasting.
- Oversight of UK and international Tax payments.
- Acting as senior point of contact for HMRC and external advisors.
- Advising partners on UK personal Tax matters, including complex technical queries.
- Leading automation and technology-driven process improvements.
About You
- CTA / ATT / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in Partnership Tax and Tax reserves.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior partners and leadership.
