We are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant for a well established company in Wrexham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:

  • Purchase ledger, which includes invoicing & credits and reconciling statements
  • Sales ledger, which includes invoicing & credits, sending statements and credit control
  • Reconciliations; bank, and company credit card
  • Keeping up to date with export declarations and required documentation
  • Keeping exports file up to date
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve invoice queries

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

  • Accounts experience, including Purchase Ledger experience
  • Good Excel skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a busy finance team
