We're supporting a leading organisation on the next phase of its finance transformation journey and are looking for an experienced P2P Programme Lead to drive process improvement across its payments and procure-to-pay operations. This is not an implementation role. The core focus is reviewing an established Oracle Fusion environment, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering practical improvements across payments, controls, workflows and user adoption.
The successful candidate will combine strong stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach to delivery, working closely with finance, procurement, operations and technology teams to optimise end-to-end processes.
Responsibilities- Lead reviews of current payment and purchasing processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls and user experience
- Drive optimisation initiatives across Oracle Fusion
- Improve payment operations, workflows and governance
- Engage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Support change adoption, process redesign and operational improvement
- Oracle Fusion expertise
- Strong payments operations and transformation background
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge
- Post-ERP implementation optimisation experience

Contract details:
- Outside IR35
- Β£700-Β£900 per day
- Hybrid working model - flexible London presence, typically 1-2 days per week
