Marks Sattin are working with a well-established, UK based financial services organisation to recruit a Tax Assistant / Tax Administrator into their Northwich office. This is a broad and supportive role combining Personal Tax compliance with administrative and data support. It would suit someone with some exposure to Tax compliance, or an individual keen to build a career in tax who enjoys structured work, accuracy and client interaction.
The Role
You will support the Tax function with the preparation and administration of Personal Tax compliance work, alongside maintaining accurate records and supporting wider team activity.
Day To Day
- Assisting with the preparation of self-assessment tax returns for a portfolio of clients
- Liaising with HMRC on routine queries
- Managing client communications throughout the Tax return process
- Ad hoc queries and administrative tasks
- Assisting with the preparation and review of tax documentation
- Maintaining client data and internal systems accurately
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
Skills
