We are looking for a Fixed Assets & Treasury Accountant to manage the accounting, control and reporting of fixed assets and treasury activities. The role will ensure strong balance sheet control, accurate financial reporting and effective cash and banking management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, including capitalisation, depreciation, impairments and disposals
  • Review and control capital expenditure, ensuring correct accounting treatment
  • Prepare month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations and liquidity reporting
  • Support funding, debt and covenant reporting
  • Assist with audits, statutory reporting and treasury-related queries
  • Work with operational teams on capital projects and finance process improvements

Key Skills & Experience

  • Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in fixed assets accounting and balance sheet control
  • Understanding of treasury, cash management and banking processes
  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced with financial/ERP systems
