We are partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing organisation in Newbury to recruit a talented and ambitious Studying Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant with substantial experience who is looking to develop within a creative, fast-paced industry.

Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and driving performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assisting with financial reporting and month-end close activities
  • Partnering with non-finance teams to provide financial insight and analysis
  • Monitoring stock, margins, and cost performance across retail channels
  • Supporting process improvements and system enhancements
  • Assisting with audit requirements and statutory reporting

About You

You will be part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) and actively progressing with your studies. Having approximately two years of experience in a finance role, ideally living close to Newbury and the surrounding areas. My clients are seeking someone who is proactive, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
