A leading organisation is seeking an experienced IT
Programme Director to drive a major Technology, Data and Digital transformation programme.
This is a high-profile role, working closely with executive leadership to define and deliver a new Target Operating Model, establish programme governance, and lead the successful execution of a complex business and technology change agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale Technology, Data and Digital transformation programme.
- Design, assess and implement Target Operating Models.
- Build and lead programme teams comprising internal resources and external partners.
- Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
- Establish and maintain effective programme governance, reporting and risk management.
- Develop programme plans, budgets, financial controls and business cases.
- Provide clear and compelling communication to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across multiple business functions.
Essential Experience
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise transformation programmes.
- Significant experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models.
- Strong Technology, Data and Digital transformation background.
- Expertise in programme governance, risk management and delivery assurance.
- Strong financial management, budgeting and business case experience.
- Experience influencing and engaging C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to establish programme structures and delivery plans from inception.
