We're seeking an experienced Systems & Data Project Manager to join a busy transformation programme and deliver a portfolio of business-critical projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead a range of technology and change initiatives, working closely with both operational and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across the organisation.

About You
We're particularly interested in candidates from healthcare, social care, public sector, charity, housing or wider not-for-profit environments, who can bridge the gap between technology and business change. You'll be a confident and proactive Project Manager with experience delivering complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
Essential Experience
- Successful delivery of data-focused projects and transformation initiatives
- Systems implementations, upgrades or platform replacement programmes
- Managing third-party suppliers and vendor-led deliveries
- Strong stakeholder management skills across operational teams and senior leadership
- Experience working within structured project governance environments
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities
- Comfortable operating in changing environments and driving delivery through ambiguity
Desirable Experience
- Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Background within healthcare, social care, public sector or not-for-profit organisations
- Exposure to enterprise systems, business applications and data improvement programmes
